I had ordered 2 rings and ended up returning both with no hassle. I then ordered the ring I have now with multiple adjustments like 0.7mm width and have it a shape not like it was presented. Customer services through email was very patient and kind with me and now I absolutely love the ring I have

We aren't getting married for a few more months, but on initial viewing of the ring we ordered and received. My fiancé is extremely happy with it.
We have just received the ring and it doesn’t appear to be Damascus steel what we have ordered it seems somebody used white gold and put lines on it. The ring is too smooth to be Damascus steel. we are really not happy about the product. On your website only Damascus steel has got that grain look and distinctive lines I feel like someone tried to cheat us.

For the amount of time I waited and this ring being all silver allegedly feels very chintzy you didn't go 360° around the ring with the Aurora glow powder lucky if halfway around I'm not even going to wear this ring it'll sit on my dresser plus the fact that you cannot contact a person is a huge red flag for your company you can only email you and you get back at your leisure huge red flag for a company you've already lost four possible business transactions as I've posted on Reddit and told them about my experience horrible horrible experience fuck your company

DOMED SOLID METAL WEDDING BAND WITH A BRUSHED FINISH
I’m sure it’s not your fault but it still hasn’t arrived,
Updating my previous review as there has been an unfortunate development. Today is less than one month after the delivery date and we found one of the diamonds in the ring is loose and wobbly.
Note only was the ring later than their estimate by 2 weeks, the quality has been disappointing and I cannot recommend their products or services.
